This star review is for Marija. After filling out the form for a free quote online, it was initially a bit frustrating to receive email responses from Australia, with no Austrialian Harmoney personal email address or profile image associated with the person's name. It was really great to receive a response from someone at the NZ office — a real person, with their own Harmoney email address and profile image! It was reassuring to reply directly. When my quote was initially approved for a higher amount than I originally requested, I was only shown a "Continue" button to proceed. It felt initially daunting to click it, coz i thought it was going to accept that higher amount & also without seeing the terms upfront. Marija was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns. She provided example screenshots showing of what appears beyond the point of clicking the "Continue" button, that you can respecify the amount you want(up to max amount) and that the terms are shown to me to print/download them, before reaching the final "Agree" button to accept them. That reassurance made such a huge difference in further progressing my application. Wonderful Marija! 👍
